I’ve always been a smoothie fan, and this is my favourite combo of ingredients right now! The perfect drink filled with lots of protein. The fruit measurements are up to you depending on the size of your blender or amount you’re making.
Ingredients:
- frozen blueberries
- handful of spinach or kale
- strawberries
- banana (optional if you want more sweetness or not)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp powder
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder (optional if you want caffeine in it)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Milk
